We want you to be satisfied with Meshi. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your subscription.

Annual Subscriptions

If you purchase an annual subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have not exceeded your plan's usage limits during that period.

After the 7-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period, and you will continue to have access to all features you paid for.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you purchase a monthly subscription, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase, provided you have not exceeded your plan's usage limits.

After the 24-hour window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted if:

• Usage limits exceeded: You have used a significant portion of your plan's AI interactions or recipe storage during the refund window
• Violation of terms: Your account has been terminated for violating our Terms of Service
• Refund window expired: More than 7 days have passed since an annual subscription purchase (or 24 hours for monthly subscriptions)
• Duplicate requests: You have previously received a refund for the same subscription period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at alex@meshi.recipes with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your account email address
3. Provide the date of purchase
4. Briefly explain the reason for your request (optional but helpful)

We aim to process refund requests within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

• You will not be charged for the next billing period
• You retain access to premium features until your current period ends
• Your recipes and data remain accessible
• You can resubscribe at any time

Free Trial (If Applicable)

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

EU/UK Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you reside in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase, regardless of usage, and receive a full refund. To exercise this right, email help@meshi.recipes within 14 days of your initial subscription. This right does not apply to gift credits that have already been redeemed.
